Dr Peter Elango is the TMOS Business Development Manager – Research Translation & Commercialisation, where he leads Centre-wide activities at the interface of research, industry engagement and translation strategy. Working closely with the Chair of the Industry Liaison Committee and TMOS leadership, he is driving the development of the TMOS Research Translation Ecosystem and its broader translation legacy agenda. Peter brings an interdisciplinary background spanning science, engineering, entrepreneurship and governance, with experience across academic, industrial and translational settings. His work is focused on strengthening pathways from research to real-world impact through capability building, partnership development, research translation support and ecosystem design. Beyond the love of science and technology, he has longstanding interests in languages, philosophy, and the martial arts.
