Olga is Chief Operations Officer at the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Transformative Meta‑Optical Systems (TMOS), where she supports the Centre’s work across governance, strategy, finance, operations, and engagement.

With over 20 years of experience in university operations, Olga has a strong understanding of the Australian higher education sector. She previously held senior leadership roles at James Cook University, including Head of Divisional Services and Chief Operations Officer of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies, where she helped drive effective, well‑run research environments.
