Dr Julie Leroux has a background as a researcher in Plant Science, with experience working across academic and multidisciplinary research environments. Before joining TMOS, she worked as a Project Officer at the ARC Training Centre for Future Crops at ANU, where she supported research projects, events, and stakeholder engagement. She has recently joined the School of Physics as a Centre Coordinator and is looking forward to supporting the team and their projects.
She enjoys working in collaborative environments and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Coming from a different scientific background, she is excited to learn more about physics and discover the fascinating work happening across the Centre. Outside of work, Julie is an avid board-game enthusiast, enjoys long walks and hikes in nature, and—being French—has a real love for good food.
