Aayushi is a PhD student at UWA’s Department of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, affiliated with TMOS in the Microelectronics Research Group (MRG) of Prof. Mariusz Martyniuk.
Her research focuses on the design and fabrication of tunable terahertz metasurface devices, particularly bilayer MEMS-based filters that enable dynamic control of electromagnetic waves. She works extensively with advanced microfabrication techniques and terahertz spectroscopy to bridge the gap between simulation and experimental realization. Aayushi is passionate about developing compact, reconfigurable photonic systems with applications in sensing, imaging, and next-generation communication technologies.
Current Projects
- MEMS based spectrally tunable filters.
