Dr. Saranya Reddy Shriram is a postdoctoral fellow at the Research School of Physics, Australian National University, working with Prof. Lan Fu. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India, in 2022. She also holds a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an M.Tech. degree in Nanotechnology from Anna University, India. She has worked as a project associate at IIT Madras and IISc Bangalore from 2014 to 2017. Her research focuses on the growth, fabrication, and characterization of quantum devices involved with III–V materials, and she also has experience with III-N HEMTs and Organic Solar cells.
Current Projects
- Working on the development of III-V semiconductor-based nanowire array breath sensors for non-invasive diabetes early diagnosis and monitoring
